Findings from the Trans & Queer Voices of the San Gabriel Valley study, report that TGI people are experiencing a basic needs crisis in the SGV.

Your contribution expands TQInstitute’s impact, for Trans Queer Immigrants to access public resources, 3rd spaces and legal protections in the SGV, Los Angeles County and California. 

We are ready to do more.

There are an estimated 120,000 Trans Queer (LGBTQIA2S+) people in the San Gabriel Valley. Our collective power is our ability to determine a different world together. Every $12K contribution creates an opportunity for a new Social Justice Scholar to join Trans Queer Institute to expand:

1. Resource Connection– increased partnerships and linkage to available services,

2. Public Education– awareness of rights, resources and impact, and

3. Political Participation– opportunities to advance city, county and state initiatives.
